This morning's shave was great. It was also the last shave on this Bolzano DE blade as well. I was craving Through The Fire Fine Craft's soap this morning and their "cut throat" scent was up next in the rotation. It has a fresh but vintage 1930's style cologne scent to it which is really good. I get paid in a couple of days and since BOTH the Phoenix and Crown King double open comb razors are still out of stock along with the fact that I've not heard anything from Mongoose Razors, I have decided to go with my straight razors after they get back and I'm getting a set of Arkansas stones:
It's time for me to "beef up" my straight razor collection and I'm only going to have 2 razors with a Jnat edge on there because I want to test the Arkansas oil stones out and see what kind of an edge they produce. So I'm only going to be sending my Gold Monkey Jinhou out to be re honed. In terms of the Mongoose, I was told that they will be available in roughly 2 weeks.
