Well after the last shave with both straight razors, I could tell that a simple touch up was needed. Even though I got an "ice rink" shave with both razors, it took an extra pass to get it which I definitely do not like as much mainly because extra passes equals irritated skin. So I performed a quick touch on both razors. It took longer to soak my Norton water stone, strop both razors and clean up my mess than it did to touch up both razors:
Now I did do a different amount of round trips for each razor on both sides of the stone. The Gold Monkey Jinhou got 10 round trips on the 4K side and then it got 20 round trips on the 8K side. The Gold Dollar 208 got a little less time on the stones. It got 5 round trips on the 4K side and then it got 10 round trips on the 8K side of the stone. I then followed that up with a full stropping routine which is 25 round trips of the scrub leather and 50 round trips on the smooth leather.
