Another Honing Session:

Earlier today, I decided that those last 2 edges I produced were too keen and too harsh. So today I killed the edges on both razorsand did my usual rotuine, plus I added 25 seconds worth of circles followed by my usual 40, 20,10,5 seconds worth of half circles and then I did 10 round trips to clean up the edges. After that I reflattened the stone and played around a bit. So tomorrow's shave should be very interesting to say the least:


One of the drawbacks to honing is that when you perform a "hanging hair test" is that you'll eventually have no more hair left on your forearms:
