Oh wow! Is all I can say about today's shave. Soap Commander's Fortitude was up next and the scent on this soap is epic. It has an aged hay, aged tobacco and dark rum scent to it. And Soap Commander's products are perfect for those with sensitive skin:
The post shave feel I have is an "ice rink" which I get often with a straight razor. I've got 1 more bill to pay and then I'll be looking at some honing stones after that. Shapton Glass 500 grit and a finishing stone is what I'm looking at. My Gold Dollar 208 took 3 passes today along with a few touch ups. and it's still shaving pretty good but definitely can use a quick touch up. The Gold Monkey I have is pretty much dead and will have to be re-honed which I plan on doing once I get the stones I mentioned earlier in this post.
