Today's mail call is from Best Sharpening Stones and I am in disbelief about the speed this company has. One of the things that people often forget about is the stone holder and I'm no exception because I had forgotten that Naniwa no longer makes their stones with a base and unlike Norton or Shapton Professional stones (not the glass backed ones), the packaging does NOT double as a stone holder. Plus later on, I will be getting some Japanese natural water stones along with more synthetic stones and more of these will be needed. I got this for $22.90 shipped :

I'm really blown away at not only the product itself, but the speed and service of Best Sharpening Stones is epic. I ordered this product from them last out my 3 mail calls and late Monday evening long after the U.S. Postal Service had closed for the day. And here it is Thursday and the product I ordered is already in my hands. The very 1st item I ordered will NOT be here until next Tuesday. Even the second item I ordered won't be here until tomorrow and I order these items all on the same day which was this past Monday.
