For some reason, I wasn't confident enough in the last edge I put on the Jr. Torrey. So after I brewed me a hot cup of Dunkin Donuts decaf coffee, I broke out my Shapton 12K & the Shoubandini type 100 Japanese natural and did 40 subtle "X" strokes on each stone using just the weight of the blade. I stopped at 40 when it got really sticky on each stone:
After that I did 12 round trips on the smooth leather of my strop. I love my Jnat but sometimes, I can't get it sharp enough to my liking. So when I get a chance, I'll be getting some stones.
